2024 Vanguard Satellite Audition

November 1, 2023 – April 29, 2024

Thank you for your interest in joining the 2024 Santa Clara Vanguard! This event is designed for prospective BRASS and COLOR GUARD members who are unable to attend any of the SCV 2-Day Audition camps but still want an in-person audition experience.

COLOR GUARD:
November 4, 2023 - University of South Florida 10:00am-2:00pm

BRASS:
November 12, 2023 - University of Tulsa 9:00am-12:00pm
November 12, 2023 - University of Oklahoma 12:00pm-5:00pm
November 12, 2023 - Oklahoma State University 5:00pm-8:00pm
December 3, 2023 - Texas Christian University 10:00am-2:00pm

SIGNING UP:

1. Fill out the 2024 Prospective Member Questionnaire

2. Review your audition materials

Brass: You will need to purchase your Audition Packet. You will also need to review the (link 2024 Visual Audition Material Google Folder.

Colorguard:Review this document - this tells you everything you need to know about what to wear, what to bring, and what to prepare.

3. RSVP/sign-up to attend this event (if you plan on attending multiple satellite events, you only have to register and pay one time)

4. Pay the registration fee (see below)

5. Use this form to sign up for your audition time.

5. Fill out the registration paperwork once it is sent to you via email


REGISTRATION FEE:
The registration fee for this audition is $50. Full payment is required for participation. This fee is payable online through MySCV.

If you receive a callback, it will be mandatory that you attend the January Callback Camp (BRASS) or the April Callback Camp (GUARD) in the Dallas area to complete your evaluation toward full membership in the 2024 Santa Clara Vanguard. An additional registration fee of $150 will be due at that time.
